Everything you need to know about getting your Peakybeach order from our Canadian studio to your door.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed off to Canada Post within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Delivery to Canada
We ship across Canada using Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Priority service. Delivery estimates below are from the date of shipment and vary by destination.
- Expedited Parcel – 2–8 business days (most destinations)
- Priority – 1–2 business days (next-business-day for many major centres)
Shipping rates are calculated in real time by Canada Post at checkout based on your postal code and order weight.
Delivery to the United States
We ship to the United States using Canada Post international services. Delivery estimates below are from the date of shipment.
- Tracked Packet USA – 4–10 business days
- Expedited Parcel USA – 4–8 business days
- Small Packet USA Air – 4–10 business days (tracking may be limited)
- Xpresspost USA – 2–3 business days
Rates are calculated in real time by Canada Post at checkout based on your ZIP code and order weight. Prices display in USD for US customers.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your package directly at canadapost-postescanada.ca.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to appear in the Canada Post system.
Duties & Customs (US Orders)
Peakybeach ships from Canada. US orders cross an international border and may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by US Customs and Border Protection. These charges are determined by US customs authorities — not by Peakybeach — and are the responsibility of the recipient.
In our experience, smaller orders are often cleared without additional fees, but we cannot guarantee this. If you have questions about US import thresholds, we recommend checking with US Customs and Border Protection before ordering.
Customs processing can occasionally add 1–5 business days to estimated delivery times.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally before your order is processed (within the first business day of placing it).
- If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update your address at no charge.
- If your order has already shipped, we are unable to redirect parcels in transit. You may be able to request a redirect directly through Canada Post if a FlexDelivery option is available for your region.
